Karve fuses highly focused and controlled movements through ballet barre work, core strengthening, yoga, Pilates and orthopedic stretching techniques. Using high repetition, small range of motion, accuracy, and focus, each muscle group is worked thoroughly and completely, then stretched to create long lean lines. The entire body is challenged throughout the class, which quickly improves posture and body alignment, and creates a body equal in strength, beauty, balance, and youthful vitality.

Kardio Karve is a distinct version of our original Karve method with additional higher intensity intervals to really get your heart pumping. ** We do require that you have solid experience with our original Karve method before delving in to the Kardio class. Therefore you must take at least 15 Karve classes prior to attending a Kardio class. Be sure to check with your studio to see if the Kardio Karve option will be beneficial for you and your needs. The beauty of our technique is that both the traditional class and the Kardio version complement each other beautifully.
